Is John Cena vs. Daniel Bryan the Hulk Hogan vs. Macho Man of the Current Era?

vs.

The moment John Cena started asking WWE crowd who they wanted to see him face at Summerslam, you got that feeling that WWE was going to give you what you want.  That feeling when you come downstairs and Christmas morning and see a gift wrapped in the shape of that gift you've been asking for.

On last week Monday night Raw, the WWE delivered and we are all happy.  The moment John Cena said those words "I choose Daniel Bryan", the crowd and the rest of the WWE Universe erupted.

We all know Daniel Bryan is the hottest superstar in the WWE right now.  Every week we want more and more and most of us watch just to see him.  Now they have the universe invested.

Think back many many many years before when the top 2 superstars in the company clashed at Wrestlemania.  I'm talking about Hulk Hogan vs. Macho Man Randy Savage.  It's hard not to compare these two feuds.

Let me break it down.

 - Both are faces!
 - Both are very popular in the company
 - One is about just as popular as he is hated.
 - One of them is a superman
 - One is known by his iconic beard
 - One of them is completely unique as his own character.
 - Both are friends outside of the WWE
 - Both have had A LOT history before they actually faced each other for the belt.
 - Both are incredible on the microphones and delivering promos.
 - The challenger never has had the belt, and deserves it!

I could go on and on.

I think we are in for a good show over the next couple weeks on Raw and to Summerslam.

What do you think about these comparisons?

Gene Snitsky and his wife surface at Pennsylvania Hibachi Restaurant

Remember the monster Snitsky who just basically fell off the face of the WWE Universe?  The image to the left showed up on the "Uma Japanese Hibachi Restaurant"'s Facebook page.  The restaurant located in St. Clair, Pennsylvania.

Snitsky has been known to reside near this area.

Snitsky last appeared on WWE television on the November 24, 2008edition of Raw, losing in an Intercontinental Championship Tournament match to CM Punk.

Looks like the monster hasn't changed too much.

"All Star" May Be Out of Money In The Bank Match

WWE.com is continuing to tease that Kane may not be able to wrestle at the Money In The Bank PPV this coming weekend.

As we all saw, the Wyatt Family set there freaky eyes on Kane and smashed his skull between the steel steps.

Tuesday, WWE.com began with a story saying that the WWE trainers still needed to examine Kane's situation.  Now Wednesday morning, they are saying it's "doubtful" that he would be able to wrestle.

Do you think Kane will be able to wrestle?  If not, who will take his place?

The WWE "All Star" roster is very slim.  Anyone else who could take his place is already involved in a match (psstt, Jericho!).  Or will this push Kane back to the dark side.

I might go with the latter.  Kane's character has gotten pretty soft since his days going to anger management classes.  This would be the probably be a great way to push him back to the dark side but still keep him as a face.

OPINION: The WWE Universe Will Ruin Bray Wyatt

The WWE writers are a lot to blame for the recent issues with the end WWE product.  I mean, Wrestlemania 29 could have been booked a lot better, but as I see it right now, the WWE Universe is going to ruin the Bray Wyatt character.

The Wyatt Family debut was brilliant in my book.  Their promos over the past week were something fresh and new.  Definitely a darker side to the WWE that we haven't seen probably since Kane returned and was trying to push John Cena to the dark side.

The first appearance was just as it should have been and showed how strong Luke Harper and Erick Rowan are.  It also made you wonder what was going to happen next and made you want more.

The only problem with their debut wasn't anything they did or what the WWE planned.  It was the crowd and WWE universe in Baltimore, MD.

Bella Twins Real-Life Relationships with Cena and Bryan to Be Included on Total Divas

With rumors of Daniel Bryan going after the WWE Championship at Summerslam next month, the question arose of whether or not the Bella Twins' real life relationship with the Bryan and John Cena would be part of the Total Divas show.

Well, after a new promo was posted this morning, it looks like we are going to get to see these wrestlers on the show.

What do you think of this?  Will this ruin the show or any of the rumored storylines?

Should The Wyatt Family Close Raw Tonight?

In my opinion, YES!!  If you look at the amount of buzz the Wyatt Family has created before their debut,  it's almost a given.

Raw's rating have been slowly declining the past couple of weeks.  And there last hour shows usually the worst.

They need something to keep people watching up until the very end.  Kids are now out of school, people are on vacation, so make them stay up!

WWE has to know that everybody is going to only be watching for the Wyatt's tonight.  Not for Vickie Guerrero's evaluation or to see the McMahon's.  We've seen it before.  Let's keep those for the 9 and 10 o' clock spots.

Here is how it should go.  We have our main event for the night, whatever it may be, champion vs. champion, meathead vs. meathead, whatever!   After the match ends, the lights go out.  A single spot light shines on the entrance ramp of the empty rocking chair.  The lights dim and you hear Bray Wyatt's voice either giving one of his speeches or just laughing.  The spotlight comes back and with Erick Rowan standing with his sheep mask on.  The lights dim again.  We hear more laughing or talking, and this time, the lights come up with Bray sitting in the rocking chair with Erick Rowan and Luke Harper standing behind him.

Bray then gives a killer promo to freak the crowd even more, and as he is talking the lights dim and he still keeps talking.  The spotlight slowly comes back up with the empty chair but no Wyatt Family and just a snicker and empty rocking chair to end the show.

This story would get people talking, freak kids out at home and in the crowd attending.  And leave us just wanting more!!!

WWE Referree's Daughter Training To Be A Diva

Scott Armstrong is a WWE Referee who has been with the company for MANY years.  While doing some recent Twitter stalking I came across a twitter account for "Kayla Armstrong".  She is the daughter of Scott Armstrong.

While reading her tweets she mentions she is a 3rd generation Armstrong and Diva in training.    As you can see by the picture above she is hanging out with Natalya, a current diva, and most of the pictures on her account are with her dad who travels with the WWE tour, most of the year.

Could we see something from this in the future?
